Paul’s leadership has led me out of the slump of injuries and in the last five years (knock on the wood), I have had very little to no setbacks preventing me from training or other activities. And with that, my performance was growing allowing me to qualify for 5 Ironman 70.3 World Championship events, successfully complete 4 Ironman events, and pursue fun activities with my family across many sports around the world.
